What’s your minimum project rate?
Our minimum project rate is $500 per month, working on at least four pieces. You’ll get a custom quote after completing the form above.
How do you vet writers?
We have a strict approval process to make sure that only the best of the best work with us. Everyone on our team is a highly skilled and experienced freelancer, so you can be confident that your project is in good hands. We also provide internal writing training to all of our writers to ensure that they always meet our high standards. And to top it all off, we match writer expertise with the client’s industry, so you can be sure you’re getting the perfect fit for your needs.
What are your contract + payment terms?
To reserve your seat, we require a 50% down payment in advance. With our rotating contracts, you’ll never be tethered to a long-term agreement with us. If you choose to take a break, please give us at least 30 days’ notice before doing so. Each month’s work must be delivered before the final payment is due.
How soon can you start?
Content strategy can begin at any time you’d like. The project proposal will be delivered following the discovery call. Sign the contract and pay the deposit if everything is OK. Then we can get started. If you’re on top of things, that should just take a week.
When it comes to production (content creation and refreshing), we require a 1 week’s advance notice to ensure that your content can be started. The first draft should be ready within a week after receiving the brief.
What happens if I’m not happy with the writer on my account?
Since our staff is built around your content style, expertise, and specific needs; this is a very rare occurrence. However, if you’re dissatisfied with the writer assigned to your account, please contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement.
Do you work on retainer?
Yes. It takes a lot of time and effort to train our writers and get to know your business, which is why we only work on a retainer basis We’ll write four posts a month for you if you promise to do four posts a month.
